Ingredients
- 150 gm boiled potatoes
- 2 small eggs (whisked)
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon green onions or chives
- 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Add all ingredients in one bowl and mix it well
- Prepare a hot pan and spray it with oil for good coverage1 tablespoon green onions or chives
- Take a scoop of the mixture and slowly place it on the pan
- On medium heat, keep it 1 minute on each side till golden and crispy
