Ingredients

  • 150 gm boiled potatoes
  • 2 small eggs (whisked)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon green onions or chives
  • 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients in one bowl and mix it well
  2. Prepare a hot pan and spray it with oil for good coverage1 tablespoon green onions or chives
  3. Take a scoop of the mixture and slowly place it on the pan
  4. On medium heat, keep it 1 minute on each side till golden and crispy
